YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
Last updated: 21 May 2026
About your Information & Privacy: This notice explains how Sisu DTH (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website or send us a project enquiry. We aim to collect only information we need and to handle it responsibly.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Sisu DTH is a digital development business providing website development, software development, system integration, SEO and related technical services. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email sisudth@gmail.com.
Before launch, add your full legal business or proprietor name and a suitable business postal address here, and identify the data controller accurately. “Sisu DTH” may be a trading name rather than the legal entity name.
2. What information we collect
If you use our project enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, approximate budget and any project details you choose to include. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may also receive the information you send in that conversation.
Our hosting provider and website infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and server logs, for security and operation. The precise information depends on the hosting and services configured.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
3. How we use information and our lawful basis
- Responding to enquiries and preparing a proposal: we generally rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers.
- Delivering and administering a project: we use relevant contact and project information to perform a contract and manage our business relationship.
- Security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse: we may rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service.
- Legal and accounting obligations: we process relevant records where needed to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing unless we have an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, your consent.
4. Enquiry form provider and other recipients
The website enquiry form is configured to use FormSubmit to deliver submissions to sisudth@gmail.com. When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to that provider so it can process and deliver the enquiry. FormSubmit may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Review the provider’s current privacy information before launch and confirm the service’s current data handling and international-transfer arrangements.
We may also share relevant information with hosting, email, IT or professional service providers where needed to operate the business, respond to you, deliver a project or meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we should ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place. Check the locations and transfer terms of the providers you actually use before publishing this notice.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or current client relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. As a proposed internal policy, unsuccessful enquiries may be deleted or anonymised after 12 months of inactivity; project, contractual and financial records may need to be kept for longer where required by law or for legitimate business record-keeping. Set and follow a retention schedule that reflects your actual needs, and delete information securely when it is no longer needed.
7. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to request access to your personal information, correct it, ask for deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights are not absolute and exceptions may apply.
To make a request, email sisudth@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). See the ICO complaint guidance.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website may use essential hosting or security technologies. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are added, we will update this notice and implement any consent controls required before those technologies are used. Check your live website and hosting settings to confirm what is actually active.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Access to enquiries should be limited to people who need them, and account passwords should never be shared through the form.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
